Roaches @ Richman

One East Harlem has its issues but for me, the worst of them is by far the bugs, specifically roaches. Roaches in the trash room. Roaches in my apartment. Roaches by the elevators. Don’t believe me? Just take a look at the photos on this website. The building did try an exterminator, yet the problem only seems to be getting worse. As I was putting a stopper the exterminator suggested on my front door, one tried to walk right in to my apartment. The building has seemingly tried to make me feel like the problem is not as bad as I think it is because the traps put down by their exterminator haven’t caught the critters yet. This is despite both the exterminator and security guard killing them as they pranced around the trash room. And me sending them a photo of one waiting for the elevator. And one climbing down my closet as I opened it. To be clear: the one in my closet wasn’t in a trap - the exterminator had to find and kill it by hand.
