Enjoy cold water? No heat? A Richman Signature Property may be the place for you! And One East Harlem could have availability. Since living at One East Harlem, there have been hot water outages. There have also been numerous complaints to HPD (as seen in the attached) regarding the building having no heat. The most recent one as of the writing of this blog is October 2024. It doesn’t seem that the building has been kept up and maintenance has taken several days for even simple tasks I’ve reported. It’s not just cold either: the air conditioning broke in common areas recently. All is documented in the photos. This is not what I what describe as “signature” luxury.
